An excellent place with friendly staff. I highly recommend! Every experience I have is a great one. I drive 45 minutes just to have my routine appointments, and it’s worth the drive. Thank you team at 3020 Dental!

Patient Review

I called to make an appt on 7/11/18. I was told by the scheduler they had an available appt for the next day 7/12/18 at 11 am, so I agreed to come at that time. The next day I arrived 15 mins early at 10:45 am because I expected to fill out paper work. After completing my paperwork in 5 mins. I waited patiently until 11:20 after seeing several other patients come in and go directly to their appt. When I inquired about what was taking so long the receptionist stated that my appt was at 11:30 am and would need to wait an additional 10 mins. I explained that the appt time given to me was 11 am and she insisted that I wasn’t told that because it was listed for 11:30. I felt insulted by her remarks but chose to hold my comments until after my appt so I wouldn’t have to worry about addressing it at that time, effecting my care or treatment. After being seen by the dental assistant and Dr. Reddy who both gave excellent quality of care I spoke again with the receptionist requesting to speak with a manager to address my complaints. She stated that there is no manager but she could help me. So I explained my frustration with being misinformed about my appt time and being insulted when addressing it. She stated that it doesn’t usually happen and that it wouldn’t happen again. She also said that typically they ask patients to come 30 mins early for there first appt. I asked why wasn’t it done this time and she just apologized. She stated that if there was anything she could do to make it up let her know. I asked what could she do to make it up and she stated it was already in the past so there’s nothing she could do. After her response I left. Clearly she needs to work on her social skills and hopefully she gets better with communication if she plans to continue work in any field involving person-person interaction.
